Job Description
Are you a meticulous professional with a keen eye for detail? We are in search of a Quality Control/Assurance Specialist to ensure adherence to high standards of excellence in our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site walks to identify risks and discrepancies, meticulously documenting findings, evaluations, and inspections using Company-approved procedures and software.
- Assist in implementing protocols, qualifications, and prescribed validation procedures, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Perform system verifications on completed systems to guarantee correct installation according to contract design specifications.
- Document, analyze, and report environmental performance to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as regulatory bodies.
- Support in conducting impact assessments to pinpoint, evaluate, and mitigate the organization’s environmental risks and financial costs, under the guidance of the environmental team and established procedures.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Company’s values and strategic objectives.
- Uphold published corporate policies.
- Take on additional assignments as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma preferred.
- Preferred: 3+ years of related experience.
- ACI or equivalent certification is required.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
- Experience or training in construction industry compliance is highly valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in testing, inspection processes, and construction procedures.
- Exhibit leadership qualities and a mentoring mindset, taking ownership of quality assurance initiatives.
- Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
- Exhibit a willingness and aptitude for continuous learning and growth in inspection, monitoring, technical writing, and documentation.
